  • You will always be advised when our teams are on site and exactly what works are being undertaken.
  • Our engineers and account managers are well aware of the health and safety issues relating to working in the retail and office environments as well as the associated health and safety implications of working with the general public and employees.
  • We fully consider any regulatory, operational and site specific safety requirements before commencement of works.
  • A generic risk assessment is undertaken before any works are initiated.
  • You will be fully advised of all costs associated with any works required.
  • As part of our quality control system we will make post repair/installation checks to ensure the quality of our works.

We believe in building strong and continuing relationships with our clients in order to thoroughly understand their objectives. In this light we will undertake, where possible, to send the same engineers to your sites to carry out required works. This allows our engineers to build up a site specific knowledge to the benefit of the client and also ensures that employees on site are familiar with the engineers undertaking their maintenance.
